Optimal Solutions Remote Network Services

The importance of keeping your computer network up continues to grow with your users' increasing dependence on technology. In addition to keeping the system operational, you need an experienced partner that can be relied on to keep the system current, make suggestions on improvement, and help you plan for long term growth.

Optimal Solutions has designed a three-phased approach to help maintain your system, provide a budget for work and keep your system's documentation up to date. The first phase is to analyze the current technology infrastructure. The second phase includes setting up remote monitoring tools to allow us to observe the system. We will monitor your network devices and LAN/WAN links remotely from our office and notify you when service degradation issues are present. The third phase is to carry out the mission of monitoring, reporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting on a regular basis.

We have arranged programs to fit your budget, from pay as you go—to a risk free prepaid block-time. Perhaps the greatest part of this customizable program is that you get to choose the level of service that fits you best.

Phase III - System Maintenance and Troubleshooting

It is important that people with capable skills provide you with system maintenance, advise on growth, and maintain your documentation. Optimal Solutions system engineers have a wealth of experience in designing, building and maintaining the most sophisticated, adaptable networks found in today's schools and mid-sized businesses. We have installed hundreds of servers and thousands of network electronics. We know which patches work, and which have bugs that cause problems in other related areas. In addition to specializing in particular areas, our senior engineering and design staff are constantly updating their knowledge of new technologies and more efficient ways to achieve technology goals, which we pass on to you through this partnership.
