Sales Executive – eVideon™ Interactive Patient Care System

Optimal Solutions, Inc is seeking an energetic and experienced sales professional to sell eVideon™ to hospitals. eVideon™ is an Interactive Patient Television System that provides patients, visitors and staff of healthcare facilities with personalized access to educational content, hospital information, and entertainment on a TV or computer. Forward-thinking healthcare providers receive a partnering relationship and top-end digital system built on IPTV technology to ensure patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being part of a team in developing sales and marketing strategies
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to decision makers
  • Cultivating product interest
  • Prospecting
  • Selling direct to hospitals and other healthcare facilities
  • Selling through partners, including visits and demonstration to potential resellers, and vetting these resellers
  • Customer relationship management
  • Pipeline development and sales forecasting
  • Trade Show attendance and follow-up

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales and account management in selling technology products to hospitals.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong comprehensive working knowledge of healthcare information computer technology environments including data center operations and management
  • Working knowledge of HIS and EMR workflows
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Personal skills including high energy, intuition, ambition and follow through
  • Proven historic sales track record

Executive Marketing and Sales Assistant

Assisting the company CEO and executive staff

  • Be the direct assistant to the CEO for all internal and external communications, organizational and sales related endeavors.
  • Organizing and assisting with prioritizations, calendaring, appointments, followup calls
  • Taking notes from organizational meetings, being the point person to establish and follow up on calls to actions with internal staff – ‘making sure the CTA’s are getting done in required timeframe’
  • Assisting management with large projects, pricing and high end project management responsibilities
  • Project and Job costing – financial
    • Maintaining and communicating with owners regarding project costing
    • Working within accounting system to run management reports
    • Organizing per project cost summaries including costs of personnel, products versus sell prices
    • Assisting with bid analysis, product costing scenarios

Sales and Marketing

  • Daily research using web, email and publications to evaluate upcoming opportunities (6 months – 1 year and 2 years out)
  • Market research and analysis, what programs or offerings work, which do not, assisting in development of sales/marketing strategies that will provide the best overall success
  • By reading, researching, talking with engineers, management, sales and vendors, keep up to date with the latest product and service offerings that fit OSI’s business plan in order to build appropriate marketing and sales materials
  • Providing mission critical data research ‘briefs’ on strategic high end prospects and clients for company CEO and executive staff
  • On behalf of OSI owners, reaching out via phone, email, mailings to strategic prospects – taking a ‘pulse’, providing post project followup, assisting with final punch lists and organizing to do lists and close out meetings
  • Arranging appointments for management to visit strategic prospects
  • Building marketing strategies, materials, etc. and communications venues
  • Keep website and other informational tools of OSI updated daily, anything to draw sales to OSI this person will manage and upkeep
  • Send out regular newsletters, marketing materials, alerting clients and prospects to OSI’s products and services
  • Managing Sugar CRM database
